We loved staying at this condo. The proximity to the beach was perfect. The owner, Jason, went above and beyond for us. His communication was stellar! My 91 yr old grandmother traveled with us and she managed the stairs just fine. We will definitely stay here again. PS: the only “negative” I could think of is the need for repainting and touch-ups. But, that played no effect on the time we spent there.

The unit was literally steps from the beach. Not over crowded. Very comfortable and well stocked. 5 minutes from the Fort Morgan history museum. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ft Morgan Town Homes! The host was quick to respond to my messages, the unit is right on the beach, and is pet friendly! Our mini doodle really enjoyed his first trip to the beach! We will definitely be back!

The location in proximity to the beach and view are excellent. The property itself definitely needs some upkeep and maintenance and it is very dated. However, the master king bed was very comfortable and functionally this place gets the job done. The owner was also very communicative, helpful and apologetic when issues happened. We replaced a few things the condo needed for him and he reimbursed us for those costs. You are paying a premium for the view and ability to quickly walk to and from the beach and the fact it is pet friendly. The pool was also very nice. Don't expect luxury by any means but overall I can live with that if the view is great and the beach is so close.

Beautiful view, great layout!

We loved this property! Great location, layout and view. It was so nice being able to watch the sun rise and set from one of the four balcony’and being able to watch sunrises AND sunsets right from the balcony. The layout was perfect!
