Quam was quick to provide detailed instructions that made checking in easy. The place was exactly as advertised and very clean. When I had questions, Quam was always quick to answer and resolved the one issue I had (broken coffee maker) very quickly. I stayed an entire month so I was able to enjoy the pool, gym, and meeting some of the wonderful people that live in the building. It was a wonderful experience!

Great location! One of the most walkable VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. Well stocked, numerous amenities and fun decor. Any small issues were resolved timely with owner. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you!

An Absolutely Amazing Accommodation

This space was fantastic! The fun décor looks better in person. The space was stylish, clean, and located in a great area. The private patio is all yours and was a wonderful place to sit on a nice spring evening. I highly recommend!!

The location is ideal - near groceries, restaurants, cafes, and green space. Parking included is always a plus in the N VA area! We enjoyed the patio games and the kitchen was well equipped for our meal prep. There was no cold water for the washing machine during our visit and the only options offered (after our clothes were wet) were not prompt and were time consuming for us. We’d advise checking the washer function before loading your clothes.

The place was ok at best. Drainage in all sinks was almost nonexistent. Gross. The couch is a joke. Cushion is shot and it’s very uncomfortable because it’s not really a couch. It’s a loveseat at best. The back of it is terrible. The tub has a curtain that is way too long and is barely hanging on. The process to enter the place from the parking garage is a chore. You have to go down and then up elevators and is a pain to haul stuff in and out. On the positive side, the pool and gym are nice. Communication with the host was acceptable but not outstanding.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the pool and gym. Regarding the sink, we offered multiple times during your stay to come by immediately and resolve the drainage issue, but you declined. The issue was caused by a previous guest and was fully resolved right after checkout. As for building access, this is a standard apartment community where all units are accessed by elevator, and we’ve not received similar concerns from other guests. Finally, the couch is intentionally a comfortable, lounge-style sofa and is in excellent condition. We appreciate your stay and are always committed to addressing any concerns as quickly as possible.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was fantastic and made it easy to enjoy the area. The host was helpful, responsive, and friendly.We loved the fun, vibrant style, and the patio was a great place to relax. The bed was super comfortable, the TVs were nice, and the pool was an awesome bonus. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
