The classic Litchfield Beach floor plan offers central common areas on the main floor with two bedrooms and full bath on each side. The updated kitchen is fully equipped, including a 20-pound ice maker. The inviting front porch comes furnished and screened.

A fifth bedroom on the ground floor has outdoor access only providing lots of privacy as well as a full bath with shower. Also under the house is a sitting area, laundry room, outdoor shower and parking space. A large backyard offers plenty of space for playing around.

The Waccamaw Bikeway passes through North Litchfield Beach. Bring your bikes (or rent) and head north to the fascinating Brookgreen Gardens or to Huntington Beach State Park to discover shorebirds and wildlife inhabiting the fresh water and salt marsh estuaries. Head south to shop, find great local dining and explore the charm of Pawleys Island.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours and must be leashed.

NORTH LITCHFIELD BEACH: Untouched by commercial enterprise, this residential neighborhood is coveted for its relaxed character and uncrowded stretch of sand.
