The classic Litchfield Beach floor plan offers central common areas on the main floor with two bedrooms and full bath on each side. The updated kitchen is fully equipped, including a 20-pound ice maker. The inviting screened front porch comes furnished.

A fifth bedroom on the ground floor has outdoor access only providing lots of privacy as well as a full bath with shower. Also under the house is a sitting area, rinsing shower, and parking space. A spacious backyard offers plenty of room for playing around.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours.

NORTH LITCHFIELD BEACH: Untouched by commercial enterprise, this residential neighborhood is coveted for its relaxed character and uncrowded stretch of sand. In addition to miles of beachcombing, the popular Waccamaw Bikeway passes through this area. Hop on the trail and head north to the fascinating Brookgreen Gardens or Huntington Beach State Park to explore the vibrant estuaries.
