Nestled among the pines in a quiet neighborhood, this comfortable 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is just minutes away from 3 gorgeous State Parks: Sugar Pine Point, DL Bliss, and Emerald Bay. Nearby hiking, biking, Nordic and Alpine skiing opportunities abound. The beach at Chamberlands is less than a mile to the north and to the south, the Sugar Pine Point beach is less than 2 miles. Very easy access from within the neighborhood to the famed Rubicon Trail for 4x4 off-roading.
The house offers everything you need for a Tahoe getaway for up to 8 guests: Fully equipped kitchen, spacious King master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 Queen bedrooms, upstairs bedroom with 2 Twin beds, 2 full guest bathrooms, easy-to-operate gas fireplace and cushy couches in the living room, ample parking in the garage and on paved driveways. There's even a Generac generator so you'll stay warm and cozy if the power goes out.

Prior approval is required to bring more than one dog to any dog-friendly property. All dogs must be at least one year old and must not be left unattended at the property unless crate trained. No pets other than dogs are allowed at any of our pet-friendly properties (no cats, birds, ferrets, etc.).
*PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog to our dog friendly property there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.

THE COUNTY OF PLACER IMPLEMENTED A NEW SHORT TERM RENTAL ORDINANCE WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR GUESTS TO ABIDE BY. FINES RANGE FROM $1,500- 5,000 AND CAN BE ISSUED TO GUESTS WHO ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE. A FULL LIST OF RULES IS ATTACHED AS A PHOTO IN THIS LISTING. SOME HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:
•QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM TO 8AM. NO NOISE SHALL BE HEARD ACROSS PROPERTY LINES. NO OUTDOOR SPEAKERS OR AMPLIFIED SOUND ARE TO BE USED AT ANY TIME.
•PARKING IS LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING NUMBER OF SPACES: 4 - ON-STREET PARKING IS PROHIBITED YEAR-ROUND.
