Casa em vila

Não está claro no anúncio que a casa está numa vila e que portanto a piscina é dividida com outras pessoas. Somente 1 televisão funcionou, o fogão não tinha acendimento automático poderia ter um acendedor manual ou fósforo - fomos pegos de surpresa, 1 dos 3 chuveiros não funcionou e o caseiro não sabia que entraríamos naquel dia. O ponto positivo foi a visita dos macacos na mata próxima a casa.

Olá,... assim que soubemos, já providenciamos a troca de chuveiro, no fogão há acendedores, as TV s estão todas funcionando, a picina é enorme, e sempre está quase vazia , obrigado.

Casa boa e limpa

A casa é um sobrado bem limpo e organizado, ela faz parte de um mini condomínio de 10 casas iguais, que compartilham a piscina, mas pelo tamanho da piscina , isso não é um problema. A churrasqueira é particular, fica numa varandinha de frente para a piscina. Ela fica um pouco longe da praia, conforme mostra no mapa mesmo. Acho que o descritivo do site pode ser mais detalhado, mas não tive nenhuma surpresa desagradável por não ter sido, com certeza voltaria a alugar.
