Welcome to The Alpine River Bear vacation home! Our Cabin Themed Townhouse is right on the Chattahoochee River! Watch and hear the river flowing by as you enjoy your morning coffee or while grilling out on the main level deck. Loads of Amenities for a great multi-family mountain vacation, including 2 hot tubs on 3 decks directly over the river. Beautiful views of Yonah Mountain, the hills around Helen, and the Helen Waterpark. Includes a Home Cinema with 95" Projection Screen and reclining leather sofas! 15 minute walk to Helen Tubing or Cool River Tubing and the restaurants on Helen's South Side (like Big Daddy's & The Pink Pig BBQ). 20 min walk to the Helen Festival Hall, or a 25 to 30 min walk to the Downtown Alpine Helen village. 3 Bedrooms & 3 and 1/2 Bath. 2 Bedrooms have 1 King Bed each, and the 3rd Bedroom is set up as a bunk room with 1 King bed and 1 Full Size built-in bunk beds. Overall Sleeps 10 : 4-6 Adults and/or 4-6 Children.
Fully equipped Kitchen plus a Gas Grill on main level Deck. All sheets, towels, soap & paper products supplied. This property was previously named the "Alpine River Bend" until January 2024. We've updated the property in February and March 2024 and it is ready for a great rental season this year ! Come join us for a great family vacation.
