Enter the first floor to a well-equipped custom kitchen with stainless appliances. There is also a spacious and private sleeping den with queen bed, flat screen TV with cable and an adjacent bathroom with tub and shower on this floor.

The second floor has a large dining/living area with a Stickley dining table and chairs, comfortable seating and flat screen television with Roku (stream with your accounts). A door leads to a lovely balcony deck overlooking Commercial Street. Sip your morning coffee or an evening cocktail and enjoy peeks of the bay and people watching on Commercial Street below.

The second floor also has two bedrooms--one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. There is also a full bathroom with tub and shower on this floor.

The private, fenced in backyard is a wonderful retreat--perfect for lounging and grilling. First floor laundry, cable, WIFI, window A/C units, one parking space off-site.

Close to the Boatslip and other West End favorites. Short stroll up Commercial to Provincetown's best restaurants, galleries, shops, live entertainment and fun on the water. Bike or ride to the Cape Cod National Seashore's Province Lands for some of the Cape's best biking and walking trails, natural history sites and beaches. Convenient to ferry service at MacMillan Wharf and flights out of Provincetown Airport.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
