Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome. Prominence has an amazing large zero entry pool to enjoy with the family and friends. Walk across 30A(or take the GOLF CART) to the family-friendly "Big Chill" where the adults can socialize and the kids can watch a movie on the big screen, and play in the grass.
This is a must-see destination for coffee , a bottle of wine, or a little shopping after a day at the beach.

Living Room - 1 queen size pull-out
Complimentary GOLF CART, BIKES and tons of BEACH STUFF. Located directly across the street from The Big Chill; a 30A must see destination for shopping, dining, drinks and entertainment.
Other things to note
House Rules:
-Maximum occupancy is limited to 10 guests.
-NO food or drink is to leave the kitchen/dining area.
-Please DO NOT put sandy towels in washer/dryer. Sand will clog up machine. Please thoroughly shake out beach towels before washing.
-There is a hose in garage to hose off sandy feet before entering home.
-There is a hose in garage to hose off beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. Please place all beach items and pool floats NEATLY in designated area in garage when not in use.
-Please shut all windows and lock doors before leaving the home.
-Smoking is NOT allowed & Pets are NOT allowed.
-Clothes & Towels are NOT to be draped over porch railings.
-Guests should not create excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
-Bicycles are NOT to be secured to trees or parked in landscaped areas.
-Parking is limited to our garage and driveway, which holds 3 vehicles total. Parking on the road is NOT permitted. There is designated guest parking by the community pool. When not actively using garage, garage door is ALWAYS to be shut.
-People, other than those in the Guests party as set forth, may NOT stay overnight. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed occupancy limit agreement.
-All homes are privately owned; the Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables.
-The golf cart is a street legal golf cart. The golf cart is IN NO WAY to be operated while under the influence. Additionally, the golf cart is to be driven by those with a legal driving license ONLY. Be mindful of parking when using golf cart to get around town. DO NOT leave keys unattended in golf cart. The golf cart is ALWAYS to be plugged in inside garage when not in use (You will be responsible for service fee should battery die while you are out, due to golf cart not being charged)
