- We understand that your furry friend is an important part of your family, which is why we happily welcome well-behaved and house-trained dogs to our home.
- During the booking process, please indicate if you will be bringing a pet dog by checking the designated box. Additionally, kindly share your pet dog's details with us at the time of booking.
- Please note that a pet fee of $75 will be applied per pet, per stay. If you plan to bring 2 dogs, please inform us in advance.
- We kindly request that you refrain from allowing your dogs on the furniture, clean up after them, and avoid leaving them unattended. Additional cleaning fees will apply for any necessary cleanup related to your pet's stay.

* Video and Audio Monitoring - This property features exterior security cameras: 2 cameras are located on the front facing the driveway.

* There may be people performing routine services outdoor for Exterior Maintenance during your stay. They would only be outside and will not go inside.

* Pacific Beach is surrounded by wildlife, and there may be unexpected visits from wild animals. Stay vigilant and familiarize yourself with safety tips for wildlife encounters. Our home is fully fenced, so please ensure that the gates remain closed to prevent any unwanted animal visitors.
