Built in 2005 this spectacular 5000 sq ft home is just a few blocks away from downtown shopping ,restaurants, Aiken Golf Club, Aiken Horse District and Hitchcock Woods. The outdoor landscaped entertaining area is very private and complete with a swimming pool, outdoor fireplace, and a large terrace. Entering this home you will find high ceilings, large rooms with an open kitchen and great room. The main floor also has a large dining room, custom kitchen, office, massive den with wet bar and sunroom with two half baths. Upstairs you will find five large bedrooms with hardwood floors. The master bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom, private terrace and great closet space. The four additional bedrooms each have jack and jill bathrooms. Several of the bedrooms have balcony access that allows for wonderful views of the outdoor entertaining areas. The home is oriented to enjoy the views of the pool and the lushly landscaped private yard. This lovely home is the perfect place for your Aiken experience.
