Our serene and centrally-located 3rd-floor condo at Casa Blanca Golf Villas Resort offers simplicity and comfort. Bring your furry companions as we welcome up to 2 pets with no additional fees. Enjoy morning beach walks together and unwind with a dedicated workspace for longer stays. Take advantage of our 18-hole putting golf course right on-site. Relax by swimming in one of our two heated pools or the beachfront pool just steps from the Sea of Cortez. Gather with friends and family for a BBQ using our charcoal or gas grills, or enjoy a friendly game of volleyball or cornhole. There's something here for everyone to enjoy during your stay.

Casa Blanca is a resort privately owned by the HOA members, not a hotel. It is important to respect other guests, staff and owners of the resort. If for any reason security deems it necessary to remove you from the property for breaking the rules and regulations of the resort not refund will be given. Note: In our long time as managers this has only happened once. Quiet time is between 10pm - 8am.

Such a great stay! Being able to bring my dog was a huge plus—it’s the only dog-friendly resort on Sandy Beach. The location is perfect, within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment, and there are great amenities right on-site. The beds were super comfy, toiletries were provided, and communication was excellent throughout. Best of all, there were no checkout chores—just lock up and go. I’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic condo

Quick Mexico Trip

We decided on a whim to go to Puerto Penasco. This condo was amazing! Close to the beach, close to the local area and very safe. It was wonderfully peaceful, but we were there during low season. Would recommend this condo to anyone. Spacious 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, great expansive balcony with beautiful sea views. The home had everything.

Clean, but smelled really musty. 1. Smelly 2. MB left sink handle for plug doesn’t work so when I used it, the sink filled up. 3. MB closet doors are janky 4. MB dresser drawers don’t slide out easily and they’re dusty inside. They need to be re lined. 5. Bathroom door is so low to ground you can’t put a bath mat on the floor. 6. Salt all used up. 7. Garbage disposal doesn’t work. 8. Kitchen faucet leaks onto counters.

Nice clean unit at Casa Blanca

We like Casa Blanca because it is a very quiet complex and we enjoy the 18 hole putting course. This unit is very nice with good views, Check-in, check-out is very easy. Make sure you take your own toiletries as there was only hand soap provided. The unit has most everything, but the kitchen was lacking a few things. Very good wi-fi. Be sure to try Colin's Cantina at the Princesa Monday night BOGO burgers just across the street.

Puerto peñasco

The property was nice super fresh. Few things that need improvement… arrived and washed towels were left in washer and some damp ones in the dryer. Only one used roll of toilet paper for each restroom. (Not sure if we needed to buy or own). Ceiling fan in bedroom was dusty blew dust when turned on. Overall nice condo everything was great!

Great Location

We loved our stay and the property but unit D302 requires some attention to detail. The kitchen ware and dishcloths were nasty. There was a terrible sewer smell in the guest bathroom. A manual is needed in the apartment for operating appliances and other devices. Our first night the water was cold, fortunately my husband knew where to switch the hot water on. Remote for the TV was found under the bed. Noisy in the unit above D402.
