Our host was very helpful and responded to my inquiries promptly. The condo was the right size for our group and gave all of us private space as needed and was roomy when we gathered to have a meal, play a game, work a puzzle or visit with each other.

Family Friendly

We loved the location of our condo in a nice & friendly community. The men enjoyed the golf while the kids enjoyed the pool. Even all of our adventures were close with great restaurants near by. Would stay there again!

Awesome Branson vacation!

Property was exactly as described, perfect for our needs. Location was great, arrival process was super clear, and Rosy was very responsive. This was a great rental that we happened to find while planning a very last minute spring break trip, and we were veryhappy!

This condo was clean and perfect for our family of 9. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and spaced out well. Everything was as advertised. Property was a quiet neighborhood and we would definitely stay here again.

This condo had a great setup for my family of 9. It had plenty of seating and didn’t seem cramped. When we arrived, I had a few questions, and called Rosy whom immediately answered the phone and was very helpful.

The owner was very nice and responsive, the resort itself was great. The kids loved the pool, food, & basketball courts. Unfortunately, the condo was very disappointing, especially considering we paid around 1,900 for our stay.The unit was not very clean, with stained sheets, ripped pillows, and only one key card when we were supposed to have two. The biggest issue was the severe ant problem. There were ants in the kitchen and laundry room, a pile of ants in the upstairs bathroom, & ants crawling all over the upstairs bed. My kids could not even sleep upstairs.We sent the owner pictures/ videos. She did send a Walmart order & had a guy come spray, which we appreciated, but we had already purchased cleaning & ant spray ourselves. The ants were also crawling all over our soda bottles / snacks, so we had to throw away groceries we had purchased for our stay.We asked about moving to another unit, but none were available. The owner offered for us to leave & refund 3 out of 6 daybut the refund would take 5–10 business days, leaving us without the money needed to book another place on short notice. We had no choice but to stay.The person who came to spray even said he wouldn’t sleep there with that many ants. We were disappointed that we were not offered any reimbursement for the groceries, supplies, or the major inconvenience.The resort was good , but the condition of the condo made our vacation very stressful wasn’t worth the price. A refund of some sort would be nice

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay here! Close to everything to do in branson, very clean, loved the decor! We brought dogs, it was a super dog friendly area, which is important to us. Rosy was an amazing host! I even had to call her one night and she answered right away. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend this cozy place and will keep it in mind for future branson trips.

Very accommodating and cozy

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, close to pool and clubhouse. Easy to get in and out of the property. Decor was great, and loved all the ceiling fans, fireplace, and cute added touches on the balcony like rope lights and hook game. Young adults loved the loft area with the dvd player and connect four game on the wall. Would definitely recommend and consider staying again if back in Branson. Thanks Rosy!

Excellent property. Great gated location. Just as expected. I had a couple issues checking in with the code. It was my error, as I didn’t wait long enough for the lock to turn. Rosy was prompt in answering her phone when I needed help. Rosy also answered any and all questions I had ahead of time, and during our stay. Very easy to work with and just an overall nice person. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out, and had a wonderful vacation. Thanks Rosy!

The property is on the top floor of a gated community. For our family, the top floor was ideal, but those who have accessibility needs would need to take this into consideration, as there is not an elevator. The unit was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the heart of downtown Branson, but is only a few minutes away from Moonshine Beach on Table Rock Lake. The property pool is not near the unit, so you will need to prepare for a lengthy walk or short car ride to utilize this space. Out of the seven nights we stayed, the only issue was on the last night when the AC stopped cooling. However, the host was prompt with a response, and we were able to troubleshoot a solution. An added plus was two box fans that were provided when we arrived…as someone who travels with my emotional support box fan, I am always thankful for a host who thinks of this.
