Check-in process was very smooth and the owner was great to work with. We hope to rent this property again. We loved the spacious roof top and great space to hangout as a family.

Lovely Home

The home was well appointed and in a great location. It was close to major freeways which made getting around the city easy. Communication with the host was great. We'd stay here again!

Spring break 25

Wonderful place to stay! So much room but sooo many stairs! Only aggravating things is the bunk beds are divided by a curtain from the living room and kitchen area.

Soccer Tournament Stay

In town for MLS Next Soccer Tournament in Murfreesboro. Easy to get to fields and then downtown Nashville for fun. Plenty of room for family and extended family to stay. Communication great and no concerns.

Nashville birthday trip

We enjoyed this spacious home so much! Pool table was so fun. Hot tub was wonderful. House was very clean! Kitchen is huge! Having a bathroom for every bedroom/sleeping area was so helpful. Only about a 20 Uber ride to the Broadway area. Neighborhood was quiet. Walmart is close. Easily accessible. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay!

The place was super clean & comfy. The two sets of bunk beds are in a room just off the main living area, separated by a curtain rather than a door, which wasn’t clear in the listing. Everything else was great especially the communication. Any issues were promptly attended to and they even told us ahead of our arrival that there was an AC issue they would attend to. Definitely recommend!

Pretty much great except for the leak

We had a leak in one of bathrooms and while they sent out a worker to inspect they weren’t able to fix while we were there. This limited us down a bathroom and an additional leak started from the exhaust fan. We placed kitchen pans to catch the water so then were without some dishes. Tried to ask for a discount to help offset this inconvenience and while the property manager was good at communication up until that point. Really wish that could’ve been resolved amicably

Great home base for our multi-generational family trip to Nashville. The 4 bathrooms and bonus 4th bedroom with 2 bunk set this property apart from others for us. Location felt safe and super convenient- to shops, restaurants & downtown. Opry Mills was easy drive, with this location being close to the highway. It was tucked back enough not to be bothered by highway noise though.Knowing this is a townhouse and has 4 stories is super-important to know before booking, and we did, so this didn't bother us.Furniture and decor is comfortable.Clear communication and responsive host.Hot tub and rooftop patio are great! We also enjoyed the bonus community patio with grill, loungers and wading pool.Pool table is not regulation size but still fun- we were not here for a pool tournament.AC climate control was tricky with being 4 stories but ample blankets allowed everyone to be comfortable. Some wear and tear evident, but nothing that made us second-guess our choice in staying here, or would prevent us from staying again.
