Relax on the screened in porch, walk to the Fulton pier, and enjoy a restful night’s sleep in this quiet neighborhood that is only 3 miles to Rockport Beach and downtown Rockport. Enjoy an open-concept living, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms with all the amenities you need for your getaway!
The space
Great for families, winter Texans, and fishermen alike! There’s a screened in front porch that invites you to sit a spell and leave your worries behind. Inside you’ll find many amenities to help you enjoy your stay. You will be close to everything - just 5 minutes will take you to all that Rockport-Fulton has to offer...restaurants, fishing, music, beaches, shopping, birdwatching, Fulton pier, bait stands, Fulton Mansion, boat ramps, many festivals and SO MUCH MORE!
Guest access
You will have the whole house to yourself. There is ample parking in the drive way for 3+ cars. You can even bring your boat and park it on one driveway and leave your cars on the other!
There is a 120v 30 amp small RV hookup for an additional fee. Please contact me to reserve.

Wonderful stay

Enjoyed our beach weekend at this wonderful property. Very clean and had everything we needed plus more. Location was very convenient to fishing pier and Rockport Beach. Port Aransas Beach was a short drive away. We had a great time and appreciated the hospitality.

Great getaway

We needed a place to stay for the Hummingbird Festival. We each had a bedroom and found the accommodations perfect. We loved how everything was labeled. We will be back.

Inviting, Well-Maintained and Relaxing Space

Homeowner knows how to arrange her interior decor and layout. Very well kept, spacious bedrooms and ideal accommodations for party or family of 5 max recommended. Quaint shops and pubs/restaurants very close by including the cozy and picturesque Rockport Beach. Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay at this residence and can’t wait to make Rockport a regular getaway destination in the future.

As a music & travel lover, I take on average six trips a year - many of which involve a concert. My travel bucket list is fairly long but I'm whittling it down more & more. Recently, I've decided to help others travel better and discover one of my favorite places by hosting!

Why they chose this property

We had been coming to Rockport for years and I would always drive through this quiet neighborhood and think how lovely it would be to live there. It's close to all our favorite places and easy to get to just about anywhere. Last year we took the plunge and purchased this little gem! We spent the year enjoying it and inviting friends & family to join us, until they encouraged us to open it up for more people to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

Hands down the porch is my favorite part of the house! I love to sit out there with my favorite beverage and enjoy the serenity.
