Master Bedroom w/Queen sized bed and attached bathroom. Second Bedroom w/Double size bed and hall access to bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances. Farmhouse dining table seats six. Home is very clean and bright. Fenced yard on a 6200 SqFt. lot. Enjoy the Bay breezes and sunrises from the covered back porch. Walking distance to Fulton Harbor Park, Fulton Mansion, restaurants, fishing and shopping. 3 miles to Downtown Rockport’s Austin Street. 5 minute drive to Rockport Beach/Saltwater swimming lagoon. 20 miles to Port Aransas beaches. “Winter Texan” rates available for long-term stays. Contact owner for long term “winter Texan” rates. Instant Booking and Easy Check-in. Flexible cancellation policy. Dogs accepted on a "case to case" basis with a small non-refundable pet fee. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside on the back porch people watching and seeing the hummingbirds at the feed. The host was very quick to respond when we needed assistance.

What a great location for us! Cool house with access to so much in Fulton/Rockport area. We wanted to explore one of the last Texas coastal areas we havent seen. Easy walking distance to quality shops, dining & beach/coastal activities. The home is a little older but very comfotable and homey....Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect stay for Sisters Trip

The house is adorable! A great location - we walked to eat both evenings! Perfect views for sunrise from the back porch. There is even a great little souvenir shop steps from the back door.

Perfect stay!!

Rented this property specifically for Oysterfest. Everything was within walking distance to the festival, restaurants, and cute shop. We will definitely stay here again! Very clean and comfortable!

Family summer vacation

My family and I are so happy we choice this property. The house is in a nice area and close to everything. The house was the perfect size for a family of four and plenty of yard space of dogs. Can’t wait to book another trip.

Nice property- great location! House was clean - plenty of towels and amenities. My second time to stay here and would stay here again. Sofas and beds are not the most comfortable, but overall we truly enjoyed our stay.

Beauty by the bay

I loved this property; the back porch, the gorgeous trees, the spacious yard, proximity to the bay, the comfortable bed, and the central heating/cooling as the weather changed a lot. My dogs loved the yard and walking to the marina and the bay. The kitchen is quite nice with a big roomy table.

Quite & Relaxing

The property is in the perfect location. From the back porch deck you can see straight to the boat harbor with no obstruction. Many great restaurants in very short walking distance. Public fishing pier is also short distance. My stay was 7 days & 6 nights. My only suggestion is more wash clothes, hand towels & kitchen towels for long staying guests, other than that it was perfect!!!

Comfortable cottage

Comfortable cottage in great location. I like almost everything about the place. Just one of the beds was very firm and a bit too high for my parents to use. Fortunatly the other bed is lower and softer so parents stayed in that room. I didn't even think to ask about height of beds. So peaceful to sit on the back porch at night. Would stay there again.

Central location

We spent two winter months in this dated but comfortable cottage near downtown Fulton. It had homey touches and all the basics (except washer/dryer; laundromat isn’t far). Doors and windows could use weather-proofing, it was drafty on cold days. There's no residential mail delivery but the post office is a block away, so we rented a box for forwarded mail. Waterfront with marina, pier, restaurants and bars is a block away. Bars can be noisy at night, bring your ear plugs! Big fenced yard, picnic table and grill.

Nice Place

We enjoyed the house. There was some damage on the second bedroom window seal from what looks like wood rot. Additionally, dont forget to bring your coffee (there is no coffee in the house). The front door is challenging to get in and needs repair so we found ourselves going through the back door most of the time. The house is in a great location and provides great access to the local area. It needs maintenance and work, but cozy and comfortable.
