We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property to others. The location is within walking distance or short drive to the beach and restaurants. The house was great and everything that it was promoted to be. Great location, plenty or space, fully stocked kitchen, fantastic backyard with covered deck. We even enjoyed making smores by the fire pit. The hosts were available and timely with their communication. They even put together welcome snacks for when you first arrive. First rate!

The house was prefect for our family trip to rockport with 10 of us ranging from 6 to 85. The house itself is very cute and has been updated nicely. The outdoor area was great for watching the longhorn game on Saturday night! The house was clean and had everything we needed with plenty of parking for four 4-door trucks in the drive. Location is great within 5 minutes to the beach or HEB. Neighborhood was quiet.

Great place for a small family getaway.

Property was clean and well managed. Close proximity to the beach. Had all the necessities we needed to prepare our meals... User air did not realize the barbecue pit was propane and we brought all our charcoal and supplies which we did not need. Only to plan that the propane tank was empty and it was too late to go get a refill.

We really enjoyed staying here. The home was tastefully decorated and was well stocked with enough dishes and cookware, towels, etc. the backyard was wonderful for the family to hangout and know our grandson was safe to play. Amy was wonderful and communicated well and responded quickly to questions we had and super helpful with tips about the area. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer!

Beautiful home, Great place to stay!

We loved this home! It was in a nice quiet neighborhood, very clean and nicely decorated and updated. We loved having a bedroom on the first floor and two upstairs. The backyard is gorgeous and I spent every morning out there with my coffee. It’s shaded and there are fans so even on the hottest summer days it was tolerable in the morning. Just a short drive to the beach- so ideal location and we’ll worth the money. Highly recommend!

We have a great time and the house was wonderful

Some things they might want to check into. The downstairs bathroom kept running. When we lifted the tank lid it had been taped and the tape was not working. Also, the floor in the dinning room area has a rotted area. It was very soft to walk on and did not feel secure. Thank you

Great Vacation Away from Home

This house by far exceeded our expectations. The house was well accommodated and clean!! Our whole family fit so well in this house from the beds, to eating together at the big table, to enjoying the backyard. And the location of the house was so close to the beach, which made it worth it, especially with the littles. We highly recommend this house for your next vacation!!!

A frame on Austin 💙

We had a great time at this property. The house was amazing and very spacious. The backyard was so relaxing and peaceful, the kids got to run and play while I Barbecued. The neighborhood quite and accessible to everything Very easy. Only issue was, the TV in the backyard was not secured to the stand so we didn't use it.. But Over all a Great weekend Hands Down.!!

We decided to move about 3 years ago and call Rockport our new home. We have lived in both of our rentals and love each one of them in their own unique way. We hope our guests feel right at home!
