This beautiful waterfront cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, full kitchen with dining area, living room and beautiful deck with bar overlooking Sodus Bay. Many updates in this home. Master bedroom with queen bed and attached bathroom including shower. 2nd newly renovated full bath with shower shared by 2 additional bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a full sized bed. Bedroom 3 has a full size futon with single bunk and single trundle. This is a perfect spot to view the eclipse! Short drive to Chimney Bluffs for amazing hiking. 2 restaurants within a short drive. Lots of restaurants across the bay.
