The Space:

Welcome to Four Winds 402! Take in the stunning panoramic views of the emerald coast from your large, private balcony; relax on the sugar white sand; take a swim or soak in the pool or hot tub. Little ones (and parents) will appreciate the kiddie pool as well! With only 36 units, Four Winds is one of the few low-density complexes located in the heart of Orange Beach. 



Unit 402 can sleep 6 with a king bed in the bedroom, hallway bunkbeds, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Interior amenities include two Smart TVs, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer unit, and high-end cotton linens and towels. 



Complex amenities include an outdoor pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, charcoal grilling area, boardwalk to the beach, and elevator.



You'll love all that Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and the surrounding areas have to offer. Whether you are looking for fun and adventures, or simply a relaxing place to unwind, there are plenty of options to suit your needs. On the beach, chairs and umbrellas are available for a small daily fee. Walk right out to the beach and start relaxing! Close by you’ll find a variety of restaurants, plus The Wharf, Owa, dolphin cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, Adventure Island, shopping, and Gulf State Park, just to name a few things!

The condo building needs some TLC. Rust showing on pipes etc where metal is exposed. Unit itself could use some of the furniture renewed. Overall though enjoyed the stay..

Place was old and outdated. Smelled musty and full of mold on popcorn ceilings. Carpet looked 30 years old. All cabinet doors were about to fall off. Fan did not work in bathroom. Sliding door was hard to open from outside would have been nice to have tv instructions uncomfortable and broken furniture

Great view, Living Room furniture needs to be updated

We stayed in this condo for two months. Loved the ocean view location. Property manager was very responsive to the two small issues we had. Great kitchen, comfortable bed. Nice shower. The living room recliner does not recline, the couch is old, saggy and creaky. The sleep sofa pulled out after 3 of us worked at it for 15 minutes, but we could not use it because the bed had a serious slant/tilt. Did not call mgt., as it was midnight and did not think anyone would show up at that late hour. There is a useless, empty, old TV cabinet in the living room that takes up space and needs to be removed! We did not call about the furniture complaints, as did not think mgt. would be amenable to replacing the sofa sleeper and recliner during our stay. Comments are FYI for future renters.
