Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
We weren't informed of how to access the apartment despite many messages to Expedia and the Host. We arrived there tired after our flight and without access had to book into a hotel and get transport there. This was disgraceful and I demand a refund of what was paid !!!!
