This salty-meets-comfy retreat at the beach is for guests who want an authentic Florida beach experience—relaxed, uncrowded, affordable, at the sand.

Nightly rate includes up to 2 guests. A small nightly fee for 3rd & 4th guests support the extra care a beachfront, sand-level home requires.

*just leave the beds as they are - no need to strip them for the cleaner.
*pile used towels and rags on the floor.
*wash any used dishes.
*Clean up and take trash to the blue trash bin outside.
*Rinse off any beach stuff and return it to the outside brown beach bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

What makes this property unique
You are beachside, steps to the sand, in your own private place. No sharing condo or hotel space, and no "beach house" that is actually blocks away from the beach. In Florida, a few blocks makes all the difference. This is a real beach bungalow.
