The house was amazing.The view was incredible. The park we loved the most was the walk to the beach. My family enjoyed every second we were in Florida.

Relaxing beach stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and it served its purpose of a place to stay right on the beach. The reservation process was easy and the property manager was very accommodating with allowing us an early check in. I would definitely stay here again.

Good beach side rental

The rental worked out perfect as our Daytona 24 home. It was clean, and looked as advertised. The ping pong table was a fun touch as well.

Beach vacation rental

Overall good location with no complaints. Electronic deadbolt did not work upon arrival, but a text to the property manager resolved our issue in minutes.

Suited our needs

This property was just ok. Place was clean but needed some updating. Great location. If you are planning on doing any kind of cooking best bring your own utensils and pots as there weren’t many kitchen items. Also could do with more than one pillows per person. Did have plenty of towels and blankets.

Perfect for our needs

We enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and perfect for our trip to Daytona for the NCA cheer competition. The only thing I found an issue with at all was the very cheap pillows and bedding. Literally everything else was great! Short walk to the beach and only 20 minutes from all the activities and busyness of Daytona.

Poor maintenance

Unfortunately this house is for sale and the owner has not been doing routine maintenance. The Keypad lock doesn't work, the key is in a lock box that is located on the other side of the house. The outside light don't work so finding the lock box and opening it in the dark was difficult. The other major inconvenience was the door to the outside sitting area was locked and the locks were so rusted you couldn't open the door. There we many more issues, this house should not be rented in its present condition. I contacted the local contact and Evolve. Both responded quickly. The local contact had been in contact with the owner with no resolution. She was frustrated. Because of the nature of the problems there wasn't much that could be done. Evolve offered to refund part of the cost because of the issues.Was very impressed with both Evolve and the local contact. We were in Ormond Beach to visit family so our trip was not ruined. Would have loved to be able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather.
