Take it easy at this salty abd unique beach house retreat located at the sand. Hear waves, enjoy sunrise/sunset beach strolls steps down a private path, or set off to nearby adventures.
"Walking distance to the beach" offerings neglect to mention that lugging beach stuff in the Florida sun even half a block is suffering. Don't be fooled by fake beach house listings.
Enjoy the Captains 3-bedroom 1-1/2 bath beach house with large outside lounge/sun/fun area, indoor spacious Florida Room (aka "the grotto") and open kitchen and living room, a back yard with outdoor shower. And the sand is just steps outside your door. This unique beach house opportunity is a perfect blend of rustic, salty, private, unique, and comfy.
Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests. A small nightly fee for 5th & 6th guests support the extra care a beachfront, sand-level home requires. This pricing structure allows smaller groups to enjoy a competitive rate while ensuring larger groups fairly contribute to the additional care required for a true beachfront home.
