Located on exclusive 2nd floor, the balcony awards you with pampered outdoor living in the summer. Balcony is accessible from both the Master bedroom and the living room through sliding glass doors.

Features 3 large bedrooms, all with private baths. Modern, fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops available for your use. 75" Samsung Smart HD TV over gas fireplace in living room with access to Netflix and other streaming services which is on addition to premium Xfinity cable ty service. . Master Bedroom has King bed with large picture windows, 47" HD TV, and separate seating area to soak in the great ocean views. Master bath has separate jetted tub and large shower, with double sink vanity. The second bedroom includes 1 King, with the third bedroom offers a full over full bunk, with a single trundle. Queen Sleeper sofa is accessible for your convenience in the living room. The 'unique to this building' large balcony offers nice outdoor furniture, a large table for outdoor dining, with plenty of chairs to people watch or just soak in the afternoon sun and ocean breeze.
Building amenities include roof top pool, workout room with sauna, and 2 parking spaces in gated garage. Ideal location on famous OC boardwalk, at the widest part of the beach, close to amusement pier, restaurants, boat rentals, deep sea fishing, miniature golf. All 5 star reviews from prior guests. Awesome place to stay with lots of amenities. May be a little pricey for some events, but well worth it because of the location. The building has a weight room a sauna and a swimming pool on the fourth floor rooftop. It is a wonderful place to stay and we stay there two times a year every year. Parking is in a secured gated garage.

The unit had a musty odor. The first bedroom to the right had the smell of a dog. The hallway bathroom was filthy. The shower had black mildew all over the floor and shower wall. I had to spray tilex on all shower floors, walls and tub in all bathrooms, but the hallway bathroom was the worse. Even though I sprayed, we decided not the hallway bathroom. We contacted the owners and made them aware of the all issues, but they did not offer to refund the cleaning fee because they said the cleaning crew cleaned the unit and that they are aware that the hallway bathroom needs updating to include replacing all tiles. They did offer a late checkout but we left at 8am on our departure date. The unit was advertised as very clean and that simply was not true. The inside of the stove and refrigerator was not clean. The kitchen counters and dining table were not clean. The only true statement in the advertisement was that the unit offered excellent views and was located on the boardwalk. We made the best of it thanks to the excellent views, but I cannot in good conscious recommend this unit until the hallway bathroom is updated. They also need a new cleaning crew. I would love to return and stay in a clean unit because you can't beat the views and location.

In addition, the hallway bathroom received professional tile cleaning, grout sealing, and fresh caulk immediately after your stay, and the unit is now in great shape for future guests. Your comments about the odor, kitchen surfaces, and appliance interiors have also been reviewed with our cleaning team to ensure this does not happen again. We take this feedback seriously and have made improvements based on it. We’re glad you enjoyed the views and the location—they truly are exceptional. Prior guests have consistently rated the unit 9.8 out of 10, and we’re committed to maintaining that level of quality. We appreciate your willingness to return once the updates were completed, and we would love the opportunity to host you again in a fully refreshed and properly prepared unit. Amazing vacation

We had a great time during this stay. The condo was perfect for our family, great location to sit on the balcony and people watch, or go to the pier for rides and games. Even though it rained for half of our stay, we had a wonderful time! The fireworks on Monday were the icing on the cake! We will definitely look to stay here again.

Our stay here was everything we expected and more. The place was a good size for our family and very clean. The large patio and all the seating was great for all the wonderful views of the beach and boardwalk. We will definitely be back.

Huge deck, wonderful place
