All the items you want for a perfect vacation! Beautiful spacious 3 BR 3 bath condo unit. Master and second bedroom with King Beds and private baths, a Queen sofa pull out in the great room and Full over Full bunk with Single trundle in 3rd bedroom. Comfortable for max of 11.

Outstanding Features of this condo: This is a beautiful new building in downtown location with private off street gated garage spaces. This is not your standard OC condo, it offers 9' ceilings, large living area, large kitchen, master bedroom and 3 spacious baths make for a relaxed easy going vacation experience! Beautiful ceramic tile in the kitchen, baths and Great Room. Tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs. Large smart flat panel TV's in living room and all bedrooms. Living room upgraded to 75" Samsung TV. Master suite provides a large sanctuary to get away from it all! It has has spacious master bath with jetted tub, large shower, and double sink vanity. Three large picture windows provide stunning views of the Ocean. There are 2 swivel chairs with table & ottoman to allow you to view ocean, play cards, read or just swivel around to view the TV. Private sliding door access the balcony and views of the boardwalk, ocean and amusement pier, a great place to retire and relax from the days activities! Luxury features galore - The gourmet kitchen offers convection oven, large refrigerator with full width freezer, it is fully equipped with coffee maker, waffle/sandwich iron, blender, toaster and Chicago cutlery, and all you need to prepare a great meal with place settings for 12! The utility room has full-sized washer and dryer, making quick work of dirty clothes. The spacious balcony offers fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean, OC boardwalk and over to Assateague Island. Everything you need to enjoy your time on the beach!

Downtown Location: One of the biggest issues with the OC boardwalk is parking! Solved with the private garage! You can park your car and walk to all that you may want to do. All the shops, amusements, bars, restaurants are a short walk away. Within 5 blocks are jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charter boats, over a dozen restaurants, miniature golf, the beach, the amusement pier with rides for all ages, video arcades, ice cream, candy, and tee shirt shops, Thrashers fries, Fishers Popcorn. All right at your door step. Best supermarkets are across the bridge but less than 2 miles away.

This Condo sells out every summer by the end of April! Do not wait, make your reservation early so you are not left out!

Fantastic Stay in Ocean City, MD

We enjoyed our stay at this property immensely! The unit was spacious, well appointed, and immaculately clean. This was our first visit to Ocean City and we came to celebrate our daughters 16th birthday along with five of her friends and they had a blast. The unit accommodated the girls and us more than comfortably. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the beach and right on the boardwalk. Our girls had fun and we felt very safe when they went out to explore the boardwalk on their own. This unit and location is the perfect spot for a fabulous family get away! I can't wait to go back!

A perfect place for our family. We did have trouble with our door locking but nothing major that needed attention of our host. We will be back again and highly recommend this location to anyone visiting OCMD

Sweet little spot

The space was set up perfectly. It was so clean and comfortable. The boardwalk view was great and everyone we ran into was so friendly. Definitely would stay here again. The owners answered questions we had almost immediately. Very smooth and well run place.

Great Location!!

Great location! Close to everything! Wonderful space. Initial problem getting into the condo with the lock on the door but Steve took care of it and was really nice. I would most definitely recommend this condo and stay here again.

Clean, lots of room, and definitely lived in. The sliding glass door and screen kept leaving their tracks and the fireplace exhaust was very smelly. Overall though, great place, good value! The parking alone was worth it!

Multi family weekend stay

We spent the weekend in the condo and were happy with our stay. We did have an issue with the AC not working, but we were given fans until the AC was able to be fixed the next day. Communication with owners beforehand as well as property managers during stay was prompt.

Perfectly nice stay by the OC boardwalk

Property is centrally located to the OC boardwalk and was clean and well organized when we arrived. The boardwalk and passers-by in the condo can be loud so be careful where you sleep if you're a light sleeper. We had some problems with other tenants using our spot/boxing us in in the garage, fortunately the on duty officer was pretty responsive.

Family Beach Vacation

The condo was spacious and our family was able to comfortably fit (9 guests, adults and teens). The view of the beach was beautiful. In the evening our family enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the action on the boardwalk. One night we were able to watch karaoke. The parking was very tight especially if you have a larger vehicle. The owners were quick to respond when we emailed about a few issues with the unit (screen door was falling off the track). Overall my family loved the condo and we would definitely consider staying there again.

Amazing Views

Overall, we loved our time at the property. The place is spacious, it was clean and central to all of the action, directly across from the beach with amazing views of the boardwalk and ocean. We also had a front-row seat to the fireworks display. That was a pleasant surprise. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals which was a money saver. The negatives were that it could use a bit of updating. The drapes in the living room did not slide freely along the bar. It was difficult to get them to close completely so we couldn't completely block the sun in the morning. The screen door kept falling off track, we didn't bother to call maintenance as my husband was able to pop it back in pretty easily. It was just a bit annoying. The sleeping pillows in the entire house need to be replaced. They are heavily stained. We were unable to use the 4 beach chairs and umbrella that were included in the rental because they were rusty and dusty like no one has used them in a while. Good thing we brought our own. And then the parking.....the spaces are REALLY tight. To get our car into the space on the 3rd floor, I had to let my family out first, and then my husband was able to carefully get it into the space. We had a Honda Pilot so I recommend bringing a smaller car for that space because it's tucked into a corner near a wall and when other cars are parked already it's hard to get your car in there. The other space on the first floor was a bit better but we had a 15 passenger so it was still tight. I recommend again, not bringing anything other than a compact car. Communication was good with the property manager. They are really organized and provided all information we needed in a clear concise manner. I just wish they had received my request for an 11 am check-out time instead of 10 am. Overall, the place is nice, the management was nice and you should stay here. The other issues (other than the parking) are an easy fix!!! Thank you!

Very, very CLEAN unit & great communication with host. We appreciated that we didn’t have to drive to go to the Boardwalk or beach - only to get groceries or go to a nearby restaurant. Would definitely recommend if this is what you’re looking for! As with any downtown unit, open sliding doors will allow for a noisier environment (the noise cancelling doors worked great! if you’re looking for A quieter atmosphere, I’d suggest looking for places further up Coastal Highway. This was our first time so close to the Boardwalk, and the kids really enjoyed the proximity!

The view was amazing. Third floor, boardwalk affords great viewing of the water and people as well. There are a couple of suggestions… there are no grab bars in the bathrooms… I would have thought they were necessary by code. They would be helpful as one of our guests had mobility issues… having one chair at least that reclines would be a plus. Otherwise, it was just what we needed for a relaxing week.

We gather our family at the beach, from toddler to elderly, and this condo was perfect for all! Location is the best for the beach, boardwalk and activities/food. The noise reduction doors helped a lot - no complaints at all!

Swan Song visit for our elderly Mom

My brother and I brought our Mom here, as a reminder of all the summers that we visited Ocean City during years past, when we had a place over on the bayside. But our place was nothing like this rental. This one had huge, comfy beds, top notch furnishings, a modern kitchen with granite countertops, and a stunning view from the balcony. An amazing find that couples immediate proximity to the beach with tremendous privacy. Who knows? If she's still with us on the summer, we just may return.
