ENJOY 15% DISCOUNT , IF BOOK 14 DAYS OR MORE! Bright and sunny home with all first floor living. Open concept, Living, Dining and Kitchen. Wonderful screen porch for dining adjacent to grilling patio. Spacious Primary bedroom with private bath and ample closets. Primary bedroom also has a cozy office perfect for business calls. Single french door in the office leads to an outdoor shower. Two other bedrooms in a separate wing create privacy for all. Each bedroom has a Queen bed. One bedroom is ensuite the other using hall bath with stall shower. Terrific layout and a truly a Happy House!

We are full time residents of Florida but hail from CT. We purchased this Nantucket home in February 2024. We have recently furnished and updated the house to prepare for the first summer rental season. We will use the home ourselves with our extended family when it is not rented.

Why they chose this property

The location is very convenient to town and allows us to walk 15 minutes to the center of town. It gives our adult children the flexibility to walk and leave the car at home. We also love the neighborhood. It is fun to stroll around or a ride down Surfside bike path to the beach. It is a quick drive to supermarket too.
