Refurnished in 2021 with all modern equipments (unlimited wifi, A/C, modern deco)
115sq.m/35 sq.m with separate bedroom, with private entrance, suitable for 4 people. Small garden.
Entrance leading to the living room with a convertible sofa, TV by satellite, table with 4 chairs and kitchen.
Kitchen fully equipped: Nespresso machine and filter coffee, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, fridge, dish washer.
Large bright bedroom, calm, with Epeda bedding 55 inches/140cm large. Access to the back yard/terrasse equipped with 4 chairs and table, cupboard to store bicycles.
Bathroom with large shower, hair dryer.
Separate restroom.
Ground floor, so suitable for disabled& people or with reduced mobility.
Bed linen and towels provided on demand
Free public parking lot at walking distance.
Group/party forbidden.
