Sea-N-Sanity's location at Milepost 9.5 solves the two nightly questions of every beach vacation. Where's dinner? A short walk: The Kill Devil Grill, the Beachcomber Tiki Bar, and Miller's Seafood are all within strolling distance — three of the beach road's best, no car required. And the beach itself? 600 feet from your door.

Three Bedrooms, Three Baths — Do the Math

Two king bedrooms and a queen, each paired with its own full bath, means you never negotiate over the shower. As an end unit, two of the three bedrooms enjoy extra light and views — with room-darkening blinds throughout for the guests who'd rather sleep past sunrise.

The fully equipped kitchen delivers granite countertops, stainless appliances, a Keurig for morning coffee or afternoon tea, an air fryer, and — for the deck-drink crowd — a blender and ice crusher standing by for smoothies and frozen refreshments. Take them out to the open deck, where a large table with four Polywood pub chairs serves meals and ocean views in equal measure.

Wall-mounted TVs in every room, a Smart TV and Echo Dot in the living room, a DVD player, and shelves of books and games cover the entertainment. Good Location and Great Condo

It is large condo with plenty of space. It is in a good central location for things to do in the area. Condo was very clean and owner was quick to respond to any questions.

Great location and super clean

We really enjoyed the fact that the property was pretty close to a quiet stretch of the beach at Kill Devil Hills. It was clean and had everything you could want to entertain two small kids such as access to Netflix and Amazon so we could access our own movies and shows. I wish we had brought more people to use all of the rooms.

Sea Point

Reason for good rating instead of excellent is because there is an awful mildewy smell in the washer and there was no can opener or wine opener or cutting board in the kitchen utensils . Also, you need to purchase some dollies for your patrons to carry their belongings innand out of the condos. It was very difficult for us as we are handicapped.

Karen, Thank you for your review. After receiving your survey, I personally visited the condo and found 2 wine openers and 3 cutting boards; however, I did not find a can opener. We would have been happy to drop one off to you while you were there, and I apologize for its absence. Regarding the smell in the dishwasher, I suspect it might be due to the property being closed for rentals since October, which means no one has been using it and it may have just been sitting for too long. When I opened the dishwasher during my visit, everything smelled fine. Please note that we only manage the condo itself, not the common areas or amenities, but I will certainly pass along your suggestion for luggage carts to the HOA. Thanks again for the feedback! Hoarder's Paradise - too much stuff!

This place photographs lovely, but once inside we uncovered how much stuff was there. Tables had runners with place mats with plates on top of them. It was complete overload. The dressers had clothes in them. The closet had clothes in them. There were chairs in front of book cases; furniture was everywhere! Nick nacks consumed the house, and it seemed the owners purchased everything they could find that remotely went with their decor. The cabinets were stuffed with junk - there was no space to put anything we brought in the kitchen. All of our food sat on the edge of the counter top. The place was extremely non kid friendly with exposed outlets, batteries in low cabinets, and knives at arms reach. The bathrooms were disappointing too. They were very small, and the "master" shower was more like an apartment shower. The location of the condo was misleading - it is across the street from the beach, but you will be sharing the beach with two large hotels! The beach was packed with very little space to sit, and when you did find a spot people would put their stuff down right in front of you completely blocking your view of the ocean. This condo is not equipped to be a rental with that much STUFF at the price point the owners are charging! This was our worst OBX rental of all time.

As for the beach access, Sea Pointe is located across the street from the beach access - semi-oceanfront, and we are very upfront about that. Sorry if there was any misunderstanding. Sea Point Condos

We had 3 couples on this vacation so the 3 bedroom/3 bath arrangement worked out very well. The pool was nice and clean and was a nice alternative to the beach on some of the cooler days. Would stay there again!

Enjoyed our stay, beds were comfortable, plenty of seating in the living room-sofas and chairs were very comfortable, location was great! Only complaint-kitchen faucet needs to be tightened, master bathroom shower head needs to be tightened. Would recommend this rental and would stay here again

We have never been to the area. Stayed for 3 nights. Certainly could have stayed another night or two. Property was very nice. Condo was great. The only "complaint" I had was not being able to reach the plates in the cupboard,lol. We are a short family 😆. But seriously the place was great. Short walk over to the beach. Lots of space for us.

A Great Escape

The condo is perfectly located just a short walk from public beach access. It’s also a very easy drive to the Wright Bro’s Memorial and Jockey’s Ridge. The condo was clean and nicely decorated, and there was plenty of parking available.

Overall the stay was great! The unit was clean, spacious, comfortable and great location. The A/C unit wasn't working correctly and the management and maintenance were very friendly , professional and efficient in taking care of making sure it was fixed quickly on a Saturday. We would definitely return to this place and would recommend it as a great place to stay.

Fantastic location and accomidations

My family and I have stayed in multiple houses and condos. This condo was by far the cleanest and nicest we've stayed in. The location is wonderful for the beach access (across the street). You can see and hear the ocean from the balcony. The condo itself had everything in it you could image.

Great property and beautifully decorated. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. While not beach front, the condo was conveniently located to beach access and wonderful restaurants and attractions. We felt at home right away. Our daughter loved the pool just as much as the beach. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay

The condo was spacious & very clean. Beach across the road. We had everything needed close by. Plenty of good places to eat. Our family had a lot of fun & enjoyed our stay. Would recommend going to Corolla to see the wild horses was amazing.
