Spacious house especially upstairs with many bedrooms. Excellent backyard, gorgeous pool and hot tub, fun slide and grotto, cabana is well shaded. Kids playground was a nice surprise. Great stay for family with kids. Problems we encountered was poor response and communication from the hosts. To turn on the heat for the hot tub, turn on the slide and grotto/waterfall amenities you have to text the hosts. Day one we had good response. Day two multiple attempts to contact with no response via text and directly through VRBO. Hosts finally responded saying they were traveling and without cell service -- it would have been easy enough to let me know beforehand so that we could have made any requests knowing they would not be available for most of the day -- it was hard to explain to a four year old why the slide would not turn on all day. Breaker also tripped multiple times in the kitchen and microwave stopped working day three. Regardless, now knowing the limitations, our family would stay again as it is so close to other family members for future visits and nice to have a backyard pool and plenty of space upstairs to spread out.

We were traveling internationally and experienced limited cell service, which unfortunately affected our response time. We understand how disappointing this was, especially for the little ones looking forward to enjoying the pool features. Your feedback is appreciated, and we’ll be making improvements to ensure better communication and coordination moving forward. Regarding the electrical interruptions, our local utility provider, SRP, was performing work in the area that temporarily affected some nearby homes. We were unaware of the issue until you brought it to our attention, and we’re glad the electrical issue was subsequently resolved. We will also be addressing the microwave concern. We truly appreciate your understanding and are happy to hear that you would consider staying with us again. We would love to welcome your family back for an even better experience next time. Thank you again for choosing our home!

The location was perfect for what we needed. We liked that it was close to busier areas but also felt like its own space. We had a small issue with the fridge and freezer but we were able to communicate easily with the owners to get it resolved.

The property is pretty nice. While we didn’t use the outdoor space, it’s pretty awesome. Its location is extremely close to Arizona Athletics Grounds for others looking for a spacious house close to the complex! Would most certainly stay here again!

The property is absolutely gorgeous. I booked in a very short time frame because my previous reservation was canceled two days prior to me flying in for a wedding. The host was quick to respond and the communication was top-notch. Would highly recommend this stay.
