Situated in quiet part of the historic center, only 5 minutes walking distance from the famous Place aux Herbes
Modern house with two levels, around 160 m2 with private courtyard planted with giant bamboo and with water-bassin.
Ground floor : open space (industrial look with glass, wood, concrete, metal beams in 3 m height) with large living with 2nd bed and dining room and fully equipped kitchen plus bathroom/ toilet and laundry-heating-room. TV and Wifi.
The floor in anthracite resine with floor-heating - wood burning stove - wide windows on the whole South facade.
A round metal staircase goes to the first floor which is an open sleeping area with dramatic interior decoration , a sheik style bedroom. Wooden floor, two lavabos, shower and independent toilet
Private courtyard with fountain.
A few steps away a private secure parking place.

Wonderful location in walking distance of all Uzes has to offer. Private parking in a town where space is at a premium. Lovely, artistic house and a charming host.

Stunning house in Uzes
We spent four weeks in luxurious comfort in Gina's beautiful house. The architecture is very interesting, the decor is lovely, and all the equipment one is likely to need is there. The private garden with its splashing fountain is delightful, even if the Mistral keeps one indoors, as the huge windows allow a view from anywhere inside. The house is located in an attractive, tranquil neighbourhood less than ten minutes by foot from the Place aux Herbes. Gina is a kind and thoughtful hostess. Very highly recommended.

tolle wohnung, wie auf den bildern zu sehen
die wohnung ist so interressant, wie auf den bildern zu sehen. die vermieterin ist sehr nett. die einfaht zum stellplatz ist sehr eng. der weg zum baecker und zum markt sind 5 minuten zu fuss.
