This home sits in the Sekani neighborhood, a quiet and slow‑growing community that developed over more than 15 years. Salish Street was part of the first phase, and 9th Street came later in the third phase as the project changed hands several times. The result is a peaceful, low‑traffic area where neighbors are friendly, respectful, and tend to keep to themselves.

It’s a non‑HOA neighborhood with a relaxed, easygoing feel. Most people stay indoors for much of the year, but the whole community comes alive on the Fourth of July or during the summer garage sale. It’s the kind of place where people appreciate their space, look out for one another, and value the quiet. That calm, steady atmosphere is one of the reasons I chose this location for hosting.
