Bedrooms downstairs meant cooler bedrooms (in a heat wave). But hauling stuff and people up and down stairs to kitchen/living is a hassle. Queen beds also a hassle for couples used to kings. Mud room (with hooks!) is terrific. Hot tub fine. Garage great for car and 5 bikes. Having decks on two sides gives sun or shade as you want. Location stupendous, walk or bike everywhere - that's what we love.

Great location, fantastic layout and amenities. We enjoyed many meals at home, they had everything we need. Also had a daily hot tub with amazing views. Came to ski and the proximity to Main Street and the Copper Shuttle made everything so easy.

Great Light!

Loved our stay, everything was great! The upstairs is really bright and open, was a great place to hang out and chill after a day of skiing! Location was terrific, walked everywhere in Frisco. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay walking distance to town

Great townhouse with awesome artwork and comfy ski town feel. We were able to enjoy walking to dinner, cooking great meals and relaxing in the hot tub. Wonderful family vacation with my new grand baby!

Frisco condo

Perfect place for our family. Close to everything and we were able to walk to shops and dinner. Hot tub was great to use after skiing.

Three generation family, our third stay in this house in late July. We appreciate the garage for bikes; walking to coffee, ice cream, the beach, the creek, Walter Byron park, downtown; good access to bike paths; the hottub; the useable kitchen; the upstairs deck. And of course the cool temperatures of Summit County.

Cozy and great location!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location to walk to Main Street Frisco. Beautiful walking path along 10 Mile Creek that had a nice park for our kids to play at also. House is on private and quiet street. Hope to stay again sometime.

Our skiing holiday.

The house really was luxurious. The upstairs living area was very spacious with beautiful views. The bedrooms were all comfortable and the mattresses so comfy we all slept well. Frisco is a delightful town and the house was only a short 2 blocks walk from Main Street. We enjoyed our stay.

Great home, great location!

My family of 5 stayed here for a week in the summer and loved it. It was nice being so close to Main Street, we could walk to get to shops, restaurants, etc. Frisco is a lovely mountain town and this home fits right in. The home itself lacked nothing, everything is updated and in great shape. We hope to come back in the winter to do some skiing!

Plenty of space for everyone

Stayed here with 5 adults and a 1 1/2 yr old. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice roomy kitchen with plenty of eating space. We could walk to many things.

Loved the location a short walk from Frisco downtown; easy access to Recpath to Copper/Vail, Keystone, Breck; good I-70 access. Great to have deck/balcony on two sides, big windows that open, plenty of fans, hot tub.
