This house was perfect for my family and I. Ocean views from everywhere, but mainly the two top master rooms! Pool and hot tub were great. Everything was super spacious and plenty of room for families. Beds were comfortable and kitchen comes fully stocked! Communication with the owner/property manager was quick and great. Location to beaches, sandbars, and to open water by boat is perfect. Would definitely stay here again in future.

Just what we needed!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! It was perfect and fit our family’s needs. The dock was great for the boat we rented and the pool was great to relax in after coming in from being on the boat. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect vacation spot

This home lives up to its name of Paradise Villa. Beautiful home and gracious hosts. Stayed with family and friends and had the most relaxing and fun vacation ever. Hope to return in the summer of 2026!

Improvements that would help is rugs, art in the house to help with the sound. Bed pillows were all very flat. But the mattresses were good.

Family getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. We loved how close the beach it is. Lots for the kids to do, from the warm pool to the ping pong and pool table, as well as fishing on the dock. There was plenty of room for ten of us, a great space for entertaining. The owners were very quick to respond with anything we needed. We would most certainly return.

Nice place

Great house. Easy water access via channel to the inlet with at least 4ft depth. Our stay was cut short due to hurricane Milton. We hope to return in June. Very responsive management.

Very pretty views, nice property

This home is very pretty and impressive. That being said, it has all hard surfaces and is very loud. As soon as someone was up and moving around any noise they made could be heard in the entire house. The main floor is glossy and slick, and after I fell by the dock and cut my hand open I went inside to clean my hand and I was wet and ended up slipping on the floor and almost fell, luckily I caught myself. (Stairs are also slippery and sharp) There are two kayaks and we brought two more to use however there is no launch and no ladder on the dock making it a little challenging to get in and launch the kayak as well as get out. The property is lined with sharp, coral rocks in the back by the dock and they hurt if you fall or slip on them. Not the best choice of rocks in my opinion. The Hot Tub was NOT hot...luke warm at best and we were given instructions to not touch the temperature and controls or we would break the entire system. Pretty dumb as a hot tub should be hot.We enjoyed our stay at the house, the back porch is really nice and is covered so it can be used even when its raining, had good outdoor furniture as well as an outdoor refrigerator for drinks. There is also a tv outside but it's not on a swivel so can't be seen from the pool or hot tub.There is a giant tub of pool towels which came in handy and the kitchen was great with just enough dishes and kitchen tools, not cluttered and full of mish mashed items from the dollar store.I would recommend this

That said, we feel some points may have been a bit overstated. While the home does have hard surfaces, we haven’t had consistent feedback about excessive noise, and we always encourage guests to take care around wet areas to avoid slipping. The hot tub is set to a safe and comfortable temperature range, and our instructions are meant to protect the system from being damaged—not to limit your enjoyment. We appreciate your input on the dock, rocks, and TV, as it gives us areas to consider for improvement, but we believe the overall experience of the house still offers great comfort and amenities. House was very nice, Host was quick on responses and very fast with any resolutions. We had 14 people and plenty of parking room, and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the pool and dock. We brought 22 ft pontoon and very easy to dock and load coolers. Would definitely book this home again, with any large group.
