The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This gated access community ensures safety and privacy. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and full bath. The other bedroom has a queen bed and both rooms have a desk so you can comfortably work from home. The living room has a 72” flatscreen and the sofa also pulls out into a queen size bed. Also it located only 3 miles from the beach!!

Great care and quality in the condo. Very clean. Getting there was a little tricky. Instructions were to park in a church but it was not accessible. Busy street for parking but there is a parking garage. Detailed text message on how to get to the VBRO. Beds, pillows and towels were comfy and nice. Keurig coffee provided but coffee weak. Lots of stairs so not for those with walking or knee problems especially if carrying luggage or groceries. It’s a workout. It was stuffy and warm in the condo even with fans. May need to open window for better ventilation but close them when leaving

Room and property exactly as described. Friendly host. I have family in the building which made the location ideal. Plenty of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants in walking distance.

Lovely stay, highly recommend

Two spacious bedrooms, two well equipped bathrooms, lovely living/dining area and kitchen in a quiet appartment complex. Surrounding area is a quiet, affluent area, with shopping and some eating at walking distance.

Coffee/kcup leaked all over, broken. Cabinet door torn from hinges in kitchen. Pans old and over used. Floor left socks really dark with stains. Drains in bathroom sink and tub very slow. Old towels and not enough. Old used sponges under kitchen sink so nothing to clean dishes with. Very large living room mirror (8feet tall) not hinged to wall, not safe! Lacking in welcome with very little info into complex which was confusing. Security of facility felt safe.

The Property was in clean condition, however, my family using the hallway bathroom says the shower curtain was dirty, and felt the should have replaced it. The shower curtain located in the bedroom bathroom was used, but I felt it was clean. The bathroom towels were nice and thick, and one set provided per person, but you can wash them in the washer and dryer right there in the unit. There is toilet tissue provided. You are responsible to bring your own bath/shower supplies, shampoos, lotions, and any other personal items needed because they are not provided. The kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils and cooking supplies with a full sized stove and refrigerator. Also has a dishwasher, but I didn’t use it. Also there’s a Kureg coffee maker with pods available, but you must supply yourself with any condiments, food, or beverages you desire because they are not provided. The Unit doesn’t have Central Air Conditioning. There’s one Portable Air Conditioner in the Queen Bedroom, the host has available a standup fan in the King bedroom, and a ceiling fan in the Dining area. When cooking the Kitchen was extremely hot, and heated up the other parts of the house with no air conditioning. The entrance is not very close to parking which there’s 1 spot in the below ground garage which you have to walk up and down a flight of stairs to reach. Street parking available but it can be a block away. This isn’t for the handicapped or anyone with limited walking. Otherwise nice.

"Buyer Beware"

This is a bait and switch property. It's not located where it is advertised to be located. The photos of the interior are accurate, but the actual location is about 20 minutes from where VRBO shows it on the map. I requested a little kick back on the fee for the inconvenience of not being where we thought we'd be, and that was out of the question with the host. There was no apology for our troubles. Advise to the host, in addition to accurately listing the property location, provide a hair dryer. It's a simple amenity, most travelers expect to have when they stay.
