This unit comes with one free beach set up in season.
This beautiful unit on the top floor of the Mediterranea condo has BRAND NEW paint and carpeting as of early 2015 and was tastefully decorated by a local interior designer. It features crown molding, tiled living room, kitchen, baths, hall and utility room, granite counter tops, nine foot ceilings, wall to wall carpet in both suites, cultured marble bathroom vanities and sinks, and a relaxing garden tub in master bath with ...
...separate stand up shower and smart TV's throughout. The balcony has counter high polywood table and 4 chairs to improve the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, pool and courtyard.
King beds are in both bedrooms and both bedrooms have a private bathroom. Both beds have new mattresses as of June 2019. There is a sofa sleeper in the lving room that can accommodate 2 people. A half bath is located near the entrance of the condo.
Convenience is everything while on vacation so a laundry room is located in your condo!
Wireless internet is featured in this condo to ensure everyone is able to share memories and photos of their wonderful time at Destin!
Not only does this condo have a personal balcony for each suite and living room, but it has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the courtyard area that offers the expansive pool and poolside spa! Please note- We have very strict Spring Break policies and do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We require there to be one adult over 25 for every two people under 25. We only take family vacations. No exceptions!

Great Unit

We love this property! It is comfortable, clean and well managed. The views are great and there is a great restaurant just across the street. No fighting dinner traffic!

There should have been at least 4 wash cloths in the unit. If you had notified us that there was only three, we would have brought you more. We would love for you to stay with us again.

Loved the condo and the complex.

The good: The condo was well furnished and larger than average. The two bedrooms each were set up like masters. The view was great from both bedrooms and the living area. The furnishings were comfortable and the TVs were adequate. The kitchen had decent appliances and the ice machine worked great. The bad: Grills were not on site. The complex and condo had 3 different codes to remember for the various gates and doors. Management requires Check in off-site and requested we return the key for the workout room to the office upon checkout.

Mediterrena Destin, Fl.

We have been to Destin 4 times in recent years. Three of those four times have been at the Mediterranea, 511 D. In this building, every unit has a view of the ocean. It is an easy walk to the the beach across the street. If you don't want the beach there is an in-ground pool and hot tub. The grounds are always immaculate. This unit has two bedrooms, three baths and has everything, washer/dryer, dishwasher and central AC. The unit is tastefully decorated. Each time we have been the place is clean as a whistle. The building management is right on top of things keeping all the mechanicals working. There is underground parking. The building is gated and only renters and owners have access. The unit has southerly and westerly views making the cocktail hour a treat from its balcony. There are adjoining tennis courts and an outdoor grill! It is less than 15 minutes to area stores and restaurants. A wonderful spot for a vacation. The only minus is that it does not come with chairs and an umbrella at the beach. ( pay per use or buy your own.)

Love the Mediterranea but not this unit

The livingroom furnishing were very tired and the chairs were very uncomfortable. Nothing looked beachy as some of the condos do. Just Corelle dishes and Dollar General plastic wear. No cute serving dishes or platters. Beds were very comfortable and proximity to the elevator was nice. Gena was super nice to deal with!

Upscale Condo with Great Location

Condo was well maintained and in a great location directly across from large deeded beach and from Pampano Joe's. Grounds were well groomed and had a large pool and tennis court. Only downside was extremely minimal basics provided (no coffee, no shampoo, no conditioner). For this type of property, would have expected a higher level to be provided.

Great beach spot, location, and property

The beach was excellent. It was big and the room came with an umbrella and two chairs for he beach. Otherwise it’s $40 per day. There is also a basement parking garage which is awesome - the reserved spot for this room was right next to the elevator which made loading and unloading easy - shortest haul ive ever had to make to move our stuff. The rooms were large with plenty of space - plus two and a half bathrooms. The unit had 3 total balconies - And with this property being only 5 stories, the top floor is definitely the best. The pool was big enough and never felt overcrowded. We will definitely stay here again on our next Destin trip.

Relaxing at the beach

Enjoyed a relaxing stay in unit 511D. Our 2nd stay at condos and love that we can walk to Pompano Joe's to eat or have adult beverage. Enjoyed the chairs and umbrella service that came with the unit. The unit had everything we needed to prepare meals. Great time; hated to leave!
