The main level has an open floor plan with the living room, dining area, breakfast bar, wet bar, and kitchen all enjoying oceanfront views. You can enjoy the sunset, boat traffic in the Vaca Cut, and gorgeous ocean views from the multiple balconies. There is maximum privacy for each bedroom, each with its own bathroom. Sheets, bath towels, and beach towels are provided and there is a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit.
Key Colony Point offers 31 individually owned upscale units on over 3 acres of oceanfront property and a small swimming beach, fishing pier, swimming pool, hot tub, sports court, and two grilling areas. Located on a point with both southern and western shorelines. Key Colony Point is one of the few properties in which you can enjoy the sunset and sunrise. There is plenty of room for games and relaxing. Outside the pool, pier, beach, sports court, and gas grill are steps away.
Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Key Colony Point does not allow pets.
