Bright, airy, and thoughtfully designed, the cottage features an open layout with warm, textured walls and natural light throughout—perfect for unwinding after a day of wine tasting, dining, and exploring the Plaza.

Settle in by the cozy indoor fireplace, curl up with a book on the window seat, or enjoy a movie in the comfortable living space—ideal for relaxed evenings at home.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Two private en-suite bedrooms provide comfort and privacy for all guests:
• Primary Suite: Queen bed, private en-suite bathroom, and an in-suite laundry area
• Second Suite: Full bed with its own private en-suite bathroom

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from simple breakfasts to homemade dinners, featuring:

• Full access to the single-level home, private yard, and patio. Access Note: The home requires 7 steps up to reach the front door, and the backyard includes 4 steps leading down to the lower yard area
• Secure, contactless self check-in
• Convenient Driveway and street parking. Garage access is not included with this rental.

• Croix Estate Winery – Boutique Pinot Noir & Chardonnay (A $45 value per guest, complimentary for up to six guests)
• Merriam Vineyards – Elegant, Old World–inspired Bordeaux-style wines (A $35 value per guest, complimentary for up to six guests)
• Orsi Family Vineyards – Small-lot Italian varietals loved by locals (A $35 value per guest, complimentary for up to six guests)

Interaction with Guests
We respect our guests’ privacy and provide a seamless, contactless check-in experience. While we won’t be onsite, we are always available and responsive through the booking platform to ensure your stay is smooth, comfortable, and memorable.

Other Things to Note
• For stays of 60 days or more, a utility fee of $150/month applies (electricity/gas, water, garbage, and high-speed internet)
• Bookings are subject to acceptance of the property manager’s rental agreement (not applicable to Airbnb reservations)
