Spa Like Hillside Retreat With Beautiful, Terraced Private Pool

Deluxe master suite with queen size bed, 42" T.V. and en suite bathroom occupy the entire lower level of the home, which is shared with the owner who lives upstairs. The suite has a separate front entry door and is separated from the upstairs by a stairway to a locked door. There is a large custom closet with a mini kitchen in it containing a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, electric kettle, and a blender. Master bathroom features a large jetted tub with a spacious, separate shower and built-in hair dryer. There are robes, slippers, and beach towels for your use in the closet and drawers of the bathroom. Additionally, the shared outdoor patio area includes laundry facilities, an outdoor kitchen, refrigerator, and dining table overlooking the pool. Please note parking is street parking on one side of the street.

I had five days in Los Angeles and picked this spot primarily for proximity to a work function and was glad I did. I wish I'd had the time to enjoy the pool area. A really lovely spot.

A lovely place to stay! Even though we didn't have time to use the pool, it was beautiful! The house was in a great location not too far from LA. It was a really great place to stay for a few days in LA to see the sights!

Sweet spot!

This lovely little pad was perfect for a quick weekend getaway in Eagle Rock. Very well equipped with all the amenities - coffee, water, snacks, bath products, robe, and then some! The snacks really helped as I didn’t have a car, so they saved me some trips! The host was very easy to communicate with and I’d def recommend staying here.

Why they chose this property

This property is very centrally located to downtown Los Angeles, and the Greater Los Angeles area. You can get to Hollywood in 20 minutes, and the San Fernando Valley in less than 30. Burbank airport is only 20 minutes away and LAX is 40 minutes to an hour depending on traffic. I'm near the MTA Gold Line, Southwest Museum station where you can buy a day pass for only $7.00 and go just about anywhere in this city in a day. I'm half a block from the Glendale freeway which you don't hear at all. Additionally it's very quiet here as I'm up in the hills. It feels like the country when you're here, but in minutes you can get to most any of Los Angeles' hot spots.

Beautiful landscape with a terraced private pool and an outdoor poolside eating area and chaise lounges. A large covered patio looks out over the pool with a seating area. A front deck looking out into the hills with another outdoor seating area. The master suite has a separate entrance off of the garage where you can park your car. The en suite bathroom has a large jetted tub, large separate shower, towel warmer, built in hair dryer, coffee/tea bar and two bath robes. The property features 3 picturesque outdoor seating areas: one on the front deck, looking out into the hills, one poolside and another in the large covered patio looking out to the pool.
