Please always use coasters and placemats on the wooden counter between the kitchen and living room, and any wood furnishing.
When in cooling mode set thermostat to 78, when heating set it to 68, when leaving turn it off. Turn off all lights and appliances when not in use.
To work the ceiling fan in the living room, use the gray remote on the credenza. Ensure TV and fan remotes are returned to this spot.
