2 bedrrom 2 bath. Best location on the beach. In a 4 unit building. Parking is 20 feet from beach access and to front door no elevator to wait on. No walking form garage to condo. Huge pool and 400 feet to schooners. Walking distance to many local restaurants and bars. 1 mile to st. Andrew's state park. Less busy side of the beach. Water views from living room and bedroom. IF you visit pcb then you no this is a special area of the city. Tons of repeat renters for years and years they keep coming back to this fabulous location and pet friendly. Walk to patches schooners Sombreros. Shore shack. Newbies and more. But most of all no walking from car to condo or from condo to beach under 10 seconds to walk from your car to condo or from condo to beach. Open up your back door and there is a large pool 15 feet away. Perfect place to enjoy a vacation without walking for hours a day

This is a great little spot, good location, clean, it has a nice clean swimming pool, close to grocery stores and restaurants, quiet. I will definitely book here again!

Great location - great management and clean place

I have to say that this was a dream location all around for our PCB stay. The location was perfect, so close to the beach we walked there many times a day, the pool was amazing and clean. The management group checked the property daily but were never intrusive and were very helpful. Walking distance to food, beach and shops. I highly recommend them and any property they manage as there was literally nothing I could possibly complain about.
