This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is on the 2nd floor (sorry NO elevator) and has been newly renovated for 2024. It is beautifully decorated with new bedroom, living room and dining room furniture, as well as new LVP flooring throughout. Freshly painted bedrooms and brand new smart tv’s. Unit 20-E comes furnished with many upgrades, living room fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and private exterior deck. Free parking and free high speed (WiFi 400 Mbps) are included. Amenities to guests includes the local West Hyde Park community pool AND the Kingston oceanfront communal pool (north side of Embassy hotel). No other hotel pools/amenities are available.

Fantastic fully-stocked kitchen has granite counter tops, glass tile back splash, breakfast bar, and stainless steel appliances. The primary bedroom has 1 king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, plus offers a twin day-bed with a twin trundle pullout underneath. There is also a full size sofa sleeper, to allow sleeping for 8 total. Your reservation INCLUDES all bed and bath linens, beds freshly made upon arrival, and departure cleaning. Guests receive a "starter kit" of paper products (t-paper and paper towels) bath soaps, and dishwasher packets - just enough to have handy until you can make the grocery store list of things your need.

Located in Kingston Plantation, West Hyde Park offers a private setting for a relaxing visit close to all your wants and needs to make your vacation special. This 145-acre resort features beautiful wooded views along with on-site restaurants, swimming pools, lounges, tennis courts and more. You will feel right at home in this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with a full kitchen, washer & dryer and patio to sit and enjoy your favorite beverage. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the lovely terrace that offers lots of privacy. The cathedral ceilings give it an open and airy feel. It is a 2nd floor unit. There are 3 ceiling fans to keep you cool, in addition to central A/C and heat. You will want to visit this condo time after time, a wonderful vacation condo to make fond memories.

This location is only a 5 minute drive to the super Walmart for your groceries and household staples, Tanger Outlets for shopping, as well as 5 minutes to 30 restaurants, 5 mini- golf courses. There is a local golf course right across the street and 100 more in the SC/NC area. A 10 minute drive to enjoy Barefoot Landing or 20 minutes to Broadway at the Beach. There are several LIVE music venues, including: The Carolina Opry Theater, Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Crocodile Rocks Dueling Pianos, and Legends in Concert, Pirates Voyage, just to name a few. The Myrtle Beach Aquarium is minutes away, as well as several amusement parks for the kids.

Kingston Plantation is so pleasant for roaming around and coffee at Starbucks while sitting at the ocean was restorative. The flowers were in full bloom and our walks were pleasant. We absolutely love this condo and will be returning. It is so near to everything that Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this beautiful condo in March 2024 and we were most comfortable. The amenities were just what we needed. The beds were very comfortable and with us being seniors, we appreciated the comfort height toilets and the huge walk in shower. We were entertained by watching the squirrels running along the branches on the trees outside the back porch. We felt like we were in a treehouse. The ocean is a quick 5 minute walk along a flower lined asphalt trail. The condo is quiet on a cul de sac. Also the location is close to shopping and Barefoot Landing as well as the Outlet center. We were most impressed with our stay in this clean, homey condo. The WiFi worked flawlessly also. We will certainly return to this beautiful home away from home.
