Come relax in the ideal location, with a breathtaking sunset view over the ICW! Recently renovated, clean and comfortable 3BR/2BA condo located in the private gated community of Spinnaker Point, Carolina Beach. This property is located in the north end of CB which is a peaceful and family friendly area. Enjoy the private beach access, pool, hot tub, pickle ball, kayak launch, and grilling area. Beach access is next to Freeman park for your pups, drive on beach access, etc...! We provide everything you need to enjoy your stay including towels, linens, home necessities. Greetings! We (Adam & Lauren) are originally from Wisconsin, but relocated to North Carolina 10 years ago due to the weather and quality of life. We fell in love with NC and have 3 properties currently. We have 2 kiddos and a golden retriever named Bernard. We love to travel, be outside, and enjoy time with family & friends. We chose the North End of Carolina beach because it is peaceful, safe, family friendly, and still close to all of the amenities that CB has to offer. It is walking distance to the beach via private access, Freeman park, marina for those that enjoy boating, the pier which has a restaurant and tiki bar, coffee shop, kayak launch and more! It is a short drive to CB boardwalk with tons of restaurants, shops, entertainment.
