Experience London from this beautiful newly refurbished two-bed apartment, 20 minutes from door to city centre! Perfect for families and groups of 4 to 6 visiting London.

Three minutes walk! from Tufnell Park tube station and local amenities.
Buses are also very regular and convenient on this route and it is only a 14 minute walk to the second nearest station Kentish Town.

This is a delightful and bright two bedroom apartment on the first floor of a modern building, recently refurbished to a very high standard. Complete with nice new furniture and quality beds with luxury pure wool duvets/pillows, laminate flooring and gas central heating throughout. It's in a quiet residential street with local amenities. You will be so comfortable, you won't want to leave!

The apartment is on the first floor (one small outer flight of stairs and one inner flight of stairs) and has its own private entrance at street level.

The living room has an open plan kitchen and dining table. It also has an 3-seater sofabed that folds out into a comfortable double bed. Want to catch up on news or watch a movie? Sit down and enjoy a great lineup of digital channels and Netflix on the stunning 50inch Sony 3D TV.

The larger bedroom (4.4m x 2.4m) has a Warren Evans kingsize bed (200cm x 150cm mattress) whilst the smaller bedroom (4.2m x 2.1m) has a double bed. Including the futon, the capacity is enough for six people. There is also a foldaway travel cot for babies. Each bedroom has a wardrobe with mirrored doors, desk, chair, desk lamp, bedside table and USB sockets to charge your mobile devices!

The elegant new bathroom has an great integrated shower-bath with hot water on demand. 100% Natural eco friendly shampoo and shower gel is provided.

To keep all your devices connected, there is free superfast wi-fi broadband with unlimited downloads.

The kitchen area is fully fitted with double height fridge-freezer, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, integrated microwave oven, kettle and toaster. There is a full 8-unit set of cutlery and crockery, and a full range of cooking items (pots, pans, utensils).

Freshly cleaned and luxurious 100% Egyptian cotton towels and bed linen are provided free of cost.

The apartment was clean and spacious, very comfortable for my family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped with all that we needed. Hosts were also very prompt in their responses to our questions and facilitated things like our street side parking, which was much appreciated as it took away all these little inconveniences and made our holiday fuss free.

Lovely everytime. Jana is amazing

Jana was great as always. We stayed here before, this stay was as great too. All you need - shower gel and really nice / clean linen. Location is ideal for city activities - can get everywhere quickly.

Great short family stay

Great location in Tufnell Park 3 minute walk to local tube station, shops, bars and restaurants. Flat was clean and tidy with all modern appliances. Beds were comfortable and the neighbourhood was quiet at night for London standards.

Great location!

We came to London for vacation and being tourists and this apartment was perfect. Very short walk to the tube, pub, and cafe. The apartment was small, as expected, and clean. Washer & Dryer were handy, as there are only enough towels for one each. Beds and pillows comfortable, nice kitchen. There are two sets of stairs, so not handicap accessible. Overall a very nice place, would recommend and we would stay again if we ever get back this way.

Nice and cozy appartment

The apartment was clean and cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. One of its best features was the location, with easy and quick access to central London. Access via Klevio App and communication with Jana were very good. Jana arranged resident parking for us which was very nice!The bathroom had a lot of mold spots, and the living room windowpane had a crack. The neighbourhood was quite noisy at night.Overall, it was a nice stay.

Great stay in London

We were happy to find this flat, as the bed setup was good for us, it was in a good neighbourhood with a Sainsbury’s and a Budgen’s nearby for food, and a tube station within a 5 minute walk. Plus it was within Zone 2 for a cheaper tube pass. Perfect! The host was helpful and the space was very clean. We stayed 9 nights and felt very comfortable. The beds were extremely comfy and cozy and we slept well. Try happy with this booking and the price. Thanks for hosting us!

L'appartement est bien situé dans un quartier agréable et à proximité d'une station de métro et d'une ligne de bus menant au centre de Londres. Le ménage était très bien fait à notre arrivée.Les photos de l'annonce datent cependant un peu et un coup de peinture serait bien utile. Il est dommage que les fenêtres soient en très mauvais état ce qui altère le confort thermique et phonique.

Great place for family of 4 to explore London. Description was spot on and Jana was great to work with! She communicated with us right away and was very helpful in allowing us to do a bag drop early and suggest transportation options from LHR. I appreciated the cleanness of the unit we hit a warm few days and the flat does not have AC but fans were provided and used!!!!!! The location was literally a 5 minute walk to the station to catch the tube into London. Definitely would recommend! Thanks Jana!!!

Check-in was easy, and the house and bedding were very clean. The host was kind and communicative. The location was convenient, with a metro station and bus stops nearby, making it easy to reach major attractions in London. We also appreciated having supermarkets and restaurants close by. Everything we needed was well prepared, and Hampstead Heath outdoor swimming pool and Camden Market are also nearby. It was very convenient to get to Gatwick Airport and St Pancras Station by public transport. If we return to London, we would love to stay here again.

Appartement bien situé !Jana est très gentille, réactive et à l’écoute des besoins. Plusieurs articles de base sont fournis, ce qui a été très apprécié !L’appartement était propre à notre arrivée. Les fenêtres et le ventilateur de la salle de bain doivent être réparées mais dans l’ensemble, l’appartement est très convenable pour passer plusieurs jours.

A perfect place for a Christmas Holiday

The flat was fantastic for our family of four as a base of operations and a place to unwind for a weeklong trip to London. While the neighborhood isn't right in the thick of Tourist London, it was a short Tube ride away from just about everything. The neighborhood was quiet, but there is a Sainsbury's nearby as well as options for late-night eats and drinks.Raj and Jana were incredibly helpful in preparing us for arrival, and anything we could have wanted/needed was there for us. Check in/out was simple and everything was exactly as described. Should we find ourselves back in London, we would not hesitate to book this again.

Great Stay, City Center very Accessible

Comfortable Appartement, underground stop Tufnell Park very close (5 mins), easy access to city center. Good restaurants and shopping close by: Haku Kitchen (japanese) and The Spice (indian) were very enjoyable. Fam Market has a nice selection of fresh and packaged products. Enough space for a family of five to enjoy their stay in London.

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhigem Wohnviertel, Zentrum per U-Bahn gut erreichbar

Wir fanden die Unterkunft sehr schön, die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und ganz in der Nähe gibt es auch ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, um uns selbst zu versorgen und zu kochen. Die U-Bahnstation Tufnell-Park ist auch ganz in der Nähe, so dass wir die Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zentrum einfach erreichen konnten und unser Auto direkt in der Straße parken konnten (gegen Gebühr, was unsere Vermieter mit der Verwaltung für uns geregelt hatten). Die Türöffnung mittels der Klevio-App fanden wir zunächst etwas abenteuerlich, hat aber gut funktioniert und unsere Vermieter waren auch jederzeit erreichbar für Probleme und Fragen. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Dickes Dankeschön an Jana!

Tolle Lage, schöne Wohnung

Wir waren mit drei Kindern und zwei Erwachsenen in der Wohnung. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut. Es fehlte wirklich gar nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt um London zu erkunden. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Super appartement pour un super séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Londres. L’appartement est très propre et très fonctionnel : après les journées de marché, nos enfants voulaient rentrer et nous dînions à l’appartement, tout était prévu pour cuisiner. L’appartement est très bien situé, proche d’une station de métro ce qui permet de relier le centre en à peine 20 min. Les hôtes étaient très disponibles et très aimable! Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !
