The private porticochere on Main Street (Colorado Ave.) leads to the second floor entrance of this fantastic studio condo with windows opening onto Main Street but also air conditioned so you're comfortable during the summer days and nights while staying in the hub of the commercial core.
The private entrance at the top of the steps opens into your studio with a high end thermal elastic queen bed, two person convertible futon sleeper, side tables and of course the only AAA+ location in Telluride. We've included basic cooking supplies, special induction pots and pans and plenty of dishes, serving pieces and flatware so you can invite your friends to a gourmet dinner.

Telluride has been our home since 1991 and we've been hosting on Vrbo since 2003. This is the newest addition to our Vrbo portfolio, only since May 2024.

This IS the best place to stay in Telluride, bar none. Right in the heart of the commercial core, next door to the bookstore, Bruno's coffee and the Nugget theatre across the street. Every restaurant and bar is only a minute or two walk from your door.

What makes this property unique

This condo is fun, unique and comfortable. The ultimate work/stay experience. All business services are downstairs in the retail store and we're happy to assist... from printing documents to manned UPS and fedex pick-ups and receiving.
