Sea turtle Sanctuary is a 1bedroom 1bath condo with dock access
Our 1-bedroom 508 square foot condo features a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sofa bed in the living room. We have a 65 inch smart TV located in the living room and a smaller TV in the bedroom. Free WIFI is located throughout the condo. There is also a washer/dryer in the bedroom for your use. Our full bathroom offers a full tub/shower. The kitchen has a full stove with all you need to prepare your meals. Play a board game, read a book or see what lake Erie shores has to offer! This is a nature lovers paradise with a nature preserve within a 10 minute driving distance. Enjoy the gated community pool and tennis courts. If you are an avid fisherman bring your boat and dock right on our boat slip. Proof of boater insurance required. There is no boat trailer storage on site, but there is trailer storage rental available next door at wild wings. There are 2 fish cleaning houses you may use. There are many attractions within driving/boating distance including, Magee Marsh, Wineries, Port Clinton, Lakeside Marblehead, The Jet express to the Islands, Put In Bay, Kelley’s and of course Cedar Point.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please throw used towels in the tub. Do not make the beds as everything will be stripped and sanitized after you leave. Please wash dishes and throw out your trash.
Turn off all the lights and air conditioner. Please remember to leave pool pass and lock the door.

Why they chose this property
We love the lake views and the beautiful nature all around our condo. I love the peace! We are within 15 minutes to nature preserves and beaches. Our neighbors are amazing! If you are interested in island hopping, shopping or doing other fun activities we are within 20 minutes of the Jet express, restaurants, shopping. There are fishing charters right next door
What makes this property unique
Our condo is newly renovated! Our king size bed queen sofa bed and dinning table are all brand new. The Enclosed Florida room has beautiful views of the wet lands and is only steps away from the community pool
