This 1st floor, one (1) bedroom condo can accommodate up to six people (4 beds). There are three steps to the first floor landing. This condo is ideal for walleye fishing on Lake Erie, for bird watching, a trip to Port Clinton, weekend fun at Cedar Point, or an adventure to Put-N-Bay. The bedroom features a queen bed & twin bunk beds with an en-suite bathroom. There is a new (2026) sleeper sofa couch in the living room and a pull-out futon on the porch if needed. Fridge, stove and coffee machine are also new (2026). Amenities include wi-fi, TV, air conditioning, washer/dryer (with pods and dryer sheets, coffee maker (with welcome bag of coffee) pots & pans, cooking utensils and stocked shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Everything you need to feel at home. Clean linens & towels are provided (additional towels in closet). A keycard lets you in the fish cleaning station. The Greencove resort features a pool (open Memorial through Labor Day), tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. There is also a catch and release fishing pond. This condo has a screened in back porch as well as a seating area in front with a BBQ grill. Your rental comes with a boat dock (at the finger docks).
