Clean and comfortable 1-bedroom, 2nd floor condo located in Green Cove Resort. The kitchen includes all the basics for cooking, as well as a dishwasher. The bedroom has 2 full extra-long size beds and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. There are air-conditioners in the bedroom and living room. All linens, pillows and towels are provided. A Birder's Retreat

This was my third annual stay at the condo. It is perfectly located for the birder who loves the challenge of photographing spring warblers at the peak of their migration. I'll be back next May!

I loved this condo! The porch looked over the canal so you could watch boats come in and out. If you had a boat you could even dock there which I thought was nice. Chris and Dawn did a great job on communicating with me. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Relaxing Kayaking Trip

My wife and I had a great mini vacation at Chris and Dawn’s condo. Their place is near many good water access launching points. Very clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, nice screened porch. Thank you for accommodating us!
