Built in 2015, the property is a second story, two bedroom apartment,. The lower level garage is Not available. The apartment has a full kitchen, and full bath with a shower, and a washer/dryer. This unit will sleep A maximum of 6 people in 2 twin beds per room and a queen size fold out sofa. A 39' flat screen TV with basic television, no cable, and free WiFi are included. Deck on the marsh side with a propane grill, and table and chairs. Outside parking is available for two vehicles. Additional vehicle parking for boat/equipment trailers, is available, with prior owner approval, at an additional parking fee of $10 per day per trailer or additional vehicle. There is No Beach Access onsite. The closest public beaches are Port Clinton, Ohio and East Harbor State Park.

Spring Fishing

The place was clean, cozy and perfect for our needs. The host Laura went above and beyond helping me with some booking issues. We will definitely book this place again for more Lake Erie fishing trips.

Outstanding Location!

We enjoyed our stay second year in a row. This is a great apartment space for a group of 3-4. The location for anyone interested in the parks is outstanding as it is just 5-10 minutes from 4 locations we visited. The property manager was very responsive with a couple concerns we had, even showing up at the door to look into an issue with the wife. We will be back!!!

delightful spot

We love staying here. It's private yet extremely convenient. For birders, you get both the marsh and Lake Erie nearby. It's a real vacation to be here.

Booked for my husband, son and a couple friends for a fishing weekend. I guess the places was good because they didn’t have anything negative to say about the property. Plenty of room for all six. My son was a little bummed it had no beach access though. They said they would stay again.

Amazing property...Had an awesome time!

We arrived at night so it was kind of hard to see because it's such a rytam area but when we were able get into the home it was instant comfort. It was the perfect size for us! It was so clean and organized and stocked with plenty of towels, linens and blankets. You wake up to the sound of birds and can sit on the balcony with your coffee and enjoy the scenery of all the water surrounding you! Beautiful property!

wonderful again

We are so comfortable and happy when we're at this property. The trees are right at eye level, birds are in the branches and down by the water, everything we need is close by. We hope to return many times.

Wonderful place for a family getaway

Very clean and comfortable with everything you need to relax and cook a few meals, with easy access to Port Clinton, Marblehead and the Islands. We really enjoyed the lake view from the deck.
