Property was clean. The owner responded to questions in a timely manner. The 4th bedroom which was on the second floor did not have AC. There was a vent in the room but the house AC could not keep up with the Summer heat. We were not able to use this bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms upstairs had additional AC window units which helped keep those rooms cool. We could only get lukewarm water out of the downstairs shower despite there being a tankless water heater. The location was great. We were close to the tennis courts where we were playing.

Dothan tennis trip

We enjoyed the facility but felt that we could have used more towels. Not sure why two of Us took lukewarm showers one night. Could have been size of water heater. Other than that I would stay there again.
