Building amenities include secure underground parking and access to a shared roof deck with a BBQ.

Mermaid Wharf is located in Chinatown, Victoria's historic Old Town. Explore the hidden alleyways and cobblestone streets of Old Town to discover its hidden gems, breweries, vintage stores, and second-hand shops... all steps away from Mermaid Wharf.

Necessary amenities are just minutes away by foot, cycling or transit. Enjoy the convenience of shops, restaurants, grocery and pharmacy in arms reach and just minutes away from the downtown core which is home to Victoria's entertainment hot spots.

You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival.

GUEST ACESS: You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay, with a parking fob for the parking garage and an access fob for the lobby, elevator and rooftop deck.
