Overall clean and a good place to stay. Basement sweet so you can hear upstairs but wasn’t an issue at all. Close to sky train which was used a lot to get through all the city’s.

Everything you need

My family of three was relocating from the U.S. to the lower mainland and needed a place that was centrally located in order to look for a new home. This neighborhood is perfect in that I never worried about my vehicle being tampered with (street parking). Inside this place it has everything you need, small burner to cook quick meals, a full fridge,W/D, T.V., two separate bedrooms. Really wonderful hosts and polite warm people. Thank you!

Cozy and comfortable stay

Thanks to Melika. We had a cozy and comfortable stay in Martin court basement unit. This is located well close to many parks, supermarkets and train stations. The unit in itself is good for short stay with kitchen, washer, dryer and two comfortable rooms. Melika was very helpful right from the start and helped us with many requests and questions even prior to the travel. This being our first home in Canada after migrating from the US, we were happy we chose the right place. Thanks to Melika and her family for supporting us in all possible ways. Would strongly recommend this place for any family with kids to have a comfortable stay if they visit Burnaby.
